There are several Internet sites that are nothing more than a scam that Must Be Avoided. Our MTV-Review experts have worked overtime to remove the minutia from the online music confusion. They have taken all the music download websites and narrowed them down to the top three sites. Now you can decide for yourself which is the best music site for you without the confusion and uncertainty that comes from too much information.
The criteria used by our expert reviewers to rank the sites are as follows:
- Selection – Number of songs available, number of genres and artists, availability of music related offerings such as lyrics, software, movies, images, etc.
- Customer Service – Does the site offer in depth, easy to use customer service tools, can you communicate with a help desk or customer service group, effectiveness of the service given, etc.
- Easy of Use – Is the interface easy to use, do the steps to acquire music make sense, responsiveness, friendliness, technical acumen, support hours, can you search by title, artist, genre, etc.
- Price – in relation to comparable services, per song pricing, membership pricing, convenience of purchase, registration options, etc.
